Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Bruce AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all subscribers, visitors, and anyone who accesses the Service.

2. Nature of the service

Bruce AI provides AI-generated small-cap stock research delivered by email. All content produced by the Service — including ranked picks, theses, risk summaries, and market regime commentary — is intended solely for educational and informational purposes.

Nothing on the Service constitutes personalised investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any kind. You should consult a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decision.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Bruce AI to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are displayed at checkout and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You may cancel at any time through the account portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days in a billing cycle.

4. No guarantee of returns

Past performance of ideas mentioned in Bruce AI reports is not indicative of future results. Small-cap stocks are inherently volatile and illiquid. You may lose some or all of your investment. Bruce AI makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any research.

5. Intellectual property

All content delivered through the Service, including report text, formatting, and analysis, is owned by Bruce AI or its licensors. You may use reports for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or republication of report content — in whole or in part — without written permission is prohibited.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Scrape, automate, or systematically extract content from the Service
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable securities laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying scoring model

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bruce AI and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any report, including investment losses.

8. Modifications to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes by email.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
